This week we closed a repeat bulk OEM handbag order: custom heavy-duty canvas tote bags for an overseas retail brand. Woven from 24oz cotton canvas with reinforced cross-stitched handles, the lot passed inline checks during cutting, stitching and printing. Before loading, every bag cleared our AQL 2.5 final inspection: pulling seam strength, checking zipper smoothness, inspecting bar-tack stitching at handle roots, verifying print adhesion and clearing loose threads for cleanliness. Approved bags are folded, inserted into moisture-proof polybags, then packed in 5-ply double-wall master cartons with H-tape sealing and printed shipping marks. Those standardized cartons are stacked in neat rows at the lower left of our yard, each one labelled with item, carton and shipping marks. The structure prevents moisture, dust and crushing during long-haul transit.
